Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. ground turkey
  • 1/2 lb. ground chicken
  • 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/4 c. cooked rice
  • 1/3 c. diced celery
  • 1 pkg. Lipton beefy onion soup mix
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 tsp. chili seasoning
  • 1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
  • 1 c. bread crumbs

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, ground chicken, ground beef, chopped onion, cooked rice, and diced celery.
  2. Mix well to evenly incorporate all ingredients.
  3. Add Lipton beefy onion soup mix, egg, chili seasoning, flour, and bread crumbs to the meat mixture.
  4. Mix thoroughly until well combined. If the mixture is too dry, add another egg.
  5. Roll the mixture into 1 to 2-inch meatballs.
  6. Place meatballs on a baking sheet and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 1 hour, or until cooked through.
  7. Add cooked meatballs to your favorite sauce and serve.
