Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 2 c. chopped onion
  • 2 (31 oz.) pork and beans
  • 1 (15 oz.) kidney beans
  • 1 (15 oz.) red beans
  • 1 (15 oz.) lima beans
  • 3/4 lb. bacon
  • 1 1/2 c. barbecue sauce
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. liquid smoke
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper

Instructions

  1. In a Dutch oven, cook ground beef and chopped onion until the onion is tender.
  2. Drain the cooked meat and onions.
  3. Drain one can of pork and beans, kidney beans, red beans, and lima beans in a colander.
  4. Add all of the beans and remaining ingredients to the Dutch oven.
  5. Cover and bake in a 350°F oven for about 1 hour or until heated through.
