Banana - Berry - Walnut Bread

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour ⓘ
- 3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda ⓘ
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 2 beaten eggs ⓘ
- 1 cup sugar ⓘ
- 3/4 cup mashed strawberries or raspberries ⓘ
- 1 1/2 cups whole berries ⓘ
- 1/2 cup mashed ripe banana ⓘ
- 1/4 cup oil ⓘ
- 1 1/2 teaspoons finely shredded orange peel ⓘ
- 1 cup chopped walnuts ⓘ
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine flour, ground cinnamon, baking soda, ground nutmeg, and salt in a bowl.
- In another bowl, stir together eggs, sugar, mashed strawberries or raspberries, mashed banana, oil, and orange peel.
- Add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
- Fold in chopped walnuts.
- Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 60 to 70 minutes.
- Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then remove and cool on a rack.
