Ingredients

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup crushed walnuts
  • Chocolate chips (optional)
  • 1/2 small can crushed pineapple (optional)
  • 3 cups flour
  • 3 teaspoons baking soda
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 cups mashed very ripe bananas
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Put all ingredients in a large bowl and mix until smooth.
  3. Pour batter into an angel food or Bundt pan.
  4. Bake for 1 hour.
  5. Let cool for 5 minutes before turning onto a wire rack.
