Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup cut up celery
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup catsup
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 3/4 to 1 pound whole bologna, cut into strips

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, cook chopped onion and celery in butter until tender.
  2. Stir in catsup, water, brown sugar, vinegar, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce.
  3. Add the cut bologna strips into the skillet.
  4. Simmer, uncovered, for about 15 minutes.
  5. Serve the barbecue sauce with the bologna on a bun and enjoy.
