- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, diced onions, pepper, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, prepared mustard, vinegar, tomato sauce, and brown sugar.
- Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well incorporated.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased loaf pan or shape into a loaf on a baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Remove from oven and let rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
