Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground turkey
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 cup diced onions
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 - 8 oz. can tomato sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. firmly packed brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, diced onions, pepper, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, prepared mustard, vinegar, tomato sauce, and brown sugar.
  3. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well incorporated.
  4. Transfer the mixture into a greased loaf pan or shape into a loaf on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  6. Remove from oven and let rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
