Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 4 stalks celery, sliced
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 1 (1 lb.) can cream-style corn
  • 1 (15 1/2 oz.) can kidney beans, drained
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 2 to 3 c. crushed corn chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Brown the ground beef in a skillet.
  3. Add sliced celery and chopped onions; cook until soft.
  4. Reduce heat and stir in the can of tomato soup, cream-style corn, drained kidney beans, garlic salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and chili powder.
  5. Place the mixture into a large casserole dish.
  6. Bake uncovered for 20 minutes.
  7. Sprinkle 2 to 3 cups of crushed corn chips on top.
  8. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10 to 15 minutes until the chips are toasted.
