Ingredients

  • 6 medium zucchini, sliced into 1/2-inch slices
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
  • 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/4 cup margarine
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 2 cups flour

Instructions

  1. Boil zucchini in salted water until tender.
  2. Drain zucchini.
  3. In a large skillet, brown the onion and ground beef.
  4. Pour off excess fat.
  5. Stir in bread crumbs, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and oregano. The mixture will be dry.
