Ingredients

  • 1 cup coarsely ground cooked beef
  • 1 cup coarsely ground cooked potatoes
  • 1/4 cup coarsely ground onion
  • 1/4 cup parsley
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 6 ounces evaporated milk
  • 1/4 cup fine dry bread crumbs or potato chips
  • 1 teaspoon margarine melted

Instructions

  1. Lightly mix the ground beef, cooked potatoes, onion, parsley, salt, pepper, Worcestershire, and evaporated milk.
  2. Turn the mixture into a 1-quart casserole dish.
  3. Mix the bread crumbs or potato chips with melted margarine.
  4. Sprinkle the bread crumb mixture over the top of the casserole.
  5. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes until golden and heated through.
