Instructions
- Cream together sugar, butter and jam.
- Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Stir dry ingredients.
- Add to creamed mixture alternately with buttermilk.
- Fold in nuts, raisins and coconut.
- Pour into 9-inch tube pan and bake 1 hour at 350°.
