Instructions
- In a large bowl, beat the egg until foamy.
- Stir in milk, Bran Flakes, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Let stand for 1 to 2 minutes.
- Add ground beef, mixing until combined.
- Form into 20 meatballs, each about 1 1/2 inches in diameter.
- Bake in a 400°F (200°C) oven for about 15 minutes and drain.
