Ingredients

  • 10 oz. broccoli
  • 2 lb. hamburger
  • 1/2 lb. ham
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup catsup
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1 diced onion
  • 1/2 green pepper
  • 4 slices cheese

Instructions

  1. Mix hamburger, eggs, bread crumbs, catsup, milk, salt, pepper, diced onion, and green pepper in a large bowl.
  2. Pat the hamburger mixture onto an 18 x 15-inch piece of aluminum foil.
  3. Place broccoli within 1/2 inch of the top of the hamburger mixture.
  4. Put ham slices on top of the broccoli roll, starting at the small end of the foil.
  5. Fold the foil edges and ends to seal the roll securely.
  6. Place the sealed roll in a shallow pan.
  7. Bake uncovered at 350°F for 1 1/2 hours.
