Broccoli Meat Loaf Roll
A hearty broccoli and meat loaf roll layered with ham and cheese, baked to perfection. Perfect for family dinners or a comforting weekend meal.

Instructions
- Mix hamburger, eggs, bread crumbs, catsup, milk, salt, pepper, diced onion, and green pepper in a large bowl.
- Pat the hamburger mixture onto an 18 x 15-inch piece of aluminum foil.
- Place broccoli within 1/2 inch of the top of the hamburger mixture.
- Put ham slices on top of the broccoli roll, starting at the small end of the foil.
- Fold the foil edges and ends to seal the roll securely.
- Place the sealed roll in a shallow pan.
- Bake uncovered at 350°F for 1 1/2 hours.
