Ingredients

  • 6 oz. cream cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. mustard
  • pepper
  • 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 egg
  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 2 heads chopped broccoli
  • 1/2 c. yellow raisins
  • 8 oz. crumbled bacon
  • 2 Tbsp. onion

Instructions

  1. Mix the cream cheese, vinegar, sugar, mustard, pepper, garlic powder, egg, and oil in a blender until smooth.
  2. Combine chopped broccoli, yellow raisins, crumbled bacon, and chopped onion in a large bowl.
  3. Add the dressing to the broccoli mixture just before serving and toss to coat.
