  • 1/4 cup oleo
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup white sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon soda
  • 2 cups quick oatmeal
  • 1 package butterscotch morsels
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a cookie sheet.
  3. Bake in a 375°F (190°C) oven for approximately 12 minutes.
