Ingredients

  • 2 or 3 small bell peppers, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon beef bouillon powder
  • 1 small can cream-style corn
  • 1 can celery soup (no water)
  • 1 cup milk
  • melted margarine

Instructions

  1. Put 2 tablespoons margarine in two aluminum pie tins and place in a preheated 450°F oven to melt.
  2. In a mixing bowl, put milk. Gradually add meal until desired consistency is reached, not too thick or thin.
  3. Add chopped bell peppers, chopped onion, garlic powder, beef bouillon powder, cream-style corn, and celery soup. Mix well.
  4. Add melted margarine to the mixture and stir to combine.
  5. Spray the pie tins with Pam and fill with batter.
  6. Bake for about 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Serve warm.
