Carrie's pizza combines a homemade crust with rich tomato sauce, melted mozzarella, and a variety of toppings, perfect for gatherings or casual family dinners.

Ingredients

  • 2 frozen bread dough for crust
  • 2 (8 oz.) cans Contadina tomato sauce
  • 3 cups Mozzarella cheese
  • mushrooms
  • cooked sausage
  • cooked hamburger
  • olives
  • pepperoni
  • peppers
  • onions
  • ham

Instructions

  1. Let the bread dough rise as instructed on the dough bag.
  2. Grease your hands well and also grease the cookie sheet or 14 to 16-inch pizza pans.
  3. Divide the dough into two portions and spread each in the prepared pan until even.
  4. Spread tomato sauce over the dough.
  5. Add cheese and toppings of your choice, such as mushrooms, cooked sausage, cooked hamburger, olives, pepperoni, peppers, onions, ham, etc.
  6. Bake at 400°F (200°C) for about 8 to 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the crust is golden.
