Ingredients

  • 1 lb. lean ground beef
  • 2 large carrots, shredded
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 (10 1/4 oz.) can beef gravy
  • 1 (10 1/4 oz.) can beef gravy

Instructions

  1. Mix ground beef, shredded carrots, chopped onion, egg, milk, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Shape the mixture into 1 1/2-inch meatballs.
  3. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat and brown the meatballs on all sides.
  4. Add beef gravy to the skillet with the meatballs.
  5. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes or until the meatballs are cooked through.
