Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • salt to taste
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 16 oz. can tomatoes
  • 6 oz. macaroni
  • 1/2 lb. grated cheese
  • 1 can mushroom soup

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef and chopped onion in a skillet.
  2. Add chili powder, salt, minced garlic, and blended tomatoes; simmer to blend flavors.
  3. Cook the macaroni according to package instructions and drain.
  4. Combine cooked macaroni with the meat mixture.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
