Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp chopped green peppers
  • 1 Tbsp chopped onion
  • 1 Tbsp chopped celery
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1 tsp bacon bits
  • ready to bake refrigerated buttermilk flaky biscuits
  • 1/2 oz Cheddar cheese shredded

Instructions

  1. Make biscuits using ready to bake refrigerated buttermilk flaky biscuits.
  2. Cook chopped onion, green peppers, and beaten egg in a skillet until the egg is set.
  3. Mix bacon bits into the cooked egg mixture.
  4. Remove from heat and carefully separate baked biscuits into two layers.
  5. Sprinkle shredded Cheddar cheese into the center of each biscuit.
  6. Top the cheese with the cooked egg mixture.
  7. Heat the assembled biscuits in a microwave or toaster oven for 2 to 3 minutes before serving.
