Instructions
- Saute chopped onion and green pepper.
- Add tomato soup, Worcestershire or soy sauce, cider vinegar, pineapple chunks with juice, brown sugar, dry mustard, salt, and pepper; stir well.
- Add chicken parts or deboned chicken fillets to the mixture.
- Cover and cook for 45 minutes at 375°F.
- Uncover and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or use a pressure pan for 20 minutes.
- Serve over cooked rice.
- Great to freeze for once-a-month cooking.
