- Saute the mushrooms in the butter until tender.
- Arrange the drained artichoke hearts between the chicken pieces in the casserole.
- Sprinkle the flour over the mushrooms and artichokes.
- Add chicken broth, sherry wine, and rosemary to the skillet, stirring to combine.
- Cook and stir the mixture for a few minutes until slightly thickened.
- Pour the mushroom and artichoke mixture over the chicken in the casserole.
- Cover and bake at 375°F for 40 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
