Chicken And Vegetable Twist
A hearty chicken and vegetable pasta bake featuring tender chicken, fresh vegetables, creamy sauce, and Parmesan cheese, perfect for a comforting family dinner.
Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil ⓘ
- 1 cup chopped broccoli ⓘ
- 1 cup thinly sliced carrots ⓘ
- 1 medium zucchini, sliced ⓘ
- 1 medium yellow squash, sliced ⓘ
- 2 cups cooked corkscrew macaroni ⓘ
- 3 to 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
- 1 can cream celery soup ⓘ
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder ⓘ
- 1 cup milk ⓘ
- 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese ⓘ
Instructions
- In a skillet, fry the cubed chicken breasts until cooked through.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, cook all vegetables and garlic powder until tender, stirring often.
- Stir in the cream celery soup, milk, and grated Parmesan cheese.
- Add the cooked macaroni and chicken to the skillet and heat thoroughly, stirring often.
