Tips & Substitutions

For a richer flavor, consider using chicken thighs instead of cutlets. You can substitute white cooking wine with chicken broth for a non-alcoholic version. If you want a bit of heat, add crushed red pepper flakes. To save time, use pre-cut vegetables or frozen stir-fry mixes. Ensure the chicken is cooked through by checking the internal temperature reaches 165°F.

Serving Suggestions

Serve the chicken chausseur over the fettucini and garnish with fresh parsley or grated Parmesan cheese for added flavor. This dish pairs beautifully with a side salad or garlic bread. For a complete meal, consider serving it alongside roasted vegetables or a light soup like Cucumber Vichyssoise.

Storage & Reheating

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To reheat, warm in a skillet over medium heat until heated through, adding a splash of water or broth to maintain moisture. You can also microwave it, covered, for a quick meal, stirring occasionally to ensure even heating.
