Ingredients

  • 1/3 stick butter
  • 2 cups chopped turkey or chicken
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 3/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 2 packages frozen chopped broccoli
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 3/4 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1 cup soft bread crumbs

Instructions

  1. Cook broccoli and drain.
  2. Place butter in an 8 x 12-inch baking dish and let melt in the oven.
  3. Put the cooked broccoli in the dish.
  4. Top with a layer of chopped turkey or chicken.
  5. Combine cream of chicken soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and curry powder.
  6. Pour the mixture over the meat and broccoli.
  7. Sprinkle shredded Cheddar cheese on top.
  8. Add soft bread crumbs over the cheese.
  9. Bake at 350°F for 25 to 30 minutes.
