Ingredients

  • 3 to 4 lb. boneless chicken breasts
  • 2 packages artichoke hearts
  • 1 lb. fresh mushrooms
  • 1 tsp. fresh garlic
  • 1 stick butter
  • 3/4 to 1 cup white wine
  • 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Dust the chicken breasts in flour.
  2. Fry the chicken in oil until golden and cooked through.
  3. Set the chicken aside and keep warm.
  4. In the same pan, add butter, garlic, mushrooms, artichoke hearts, white wine, and lemon juice.
  5. Simmer until the sauce thickens slightly.
  6. Sprinkle chopped parsley over the dish before serving.
