Ingredients

  • 1 box bow tie pasta
  • 1 green zucchini
  • 1 yellow zucchini
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 lb boneless chicken
  • olive oil
  • pepper
  • Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Pour olive oil into a pan.
  2. Saute chopped onion and garlic for 5 minutes.
  3. Add chicken pieces and sprinkle with pepper; cook until browned.
  4. Add sliced and quartered zucchinis, chopped green pepper, and tomato sauce.
  5. Simmer for 20 minutes or until vegetables are cooked to your taste.
  6. Cook pasta according to package instructions.
  7. Toss cooked pasta with the chicken and vegetable mixture in a large bowl.
  8. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve hot.
