China Boy Hash
Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. cooking oil ⓘ
- 1 chopped green pepper ⓘ
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 lb. ground beef ⓘ
- 1 c. boiling water ⓘ
- 3 1/5 oz. beef bouillon cubes ⓘ
- 10 oz. canned mushroom pieces, drained ⓘ
- 1/2 c. long grain rice
- 10 oz. water chestnuts, drained and sliced ⓘ
- 10 oz. bamboo shoots ⓘ
- 2 c. fresh bean sprouts ⓘ
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce ⓘ
- 1 tsp. salt ⓘ
- 1/4 tsp. pepper ⓘ
Instructions
- Heat cooking oil in frying pan, then add next 4 ingredients in the order given.
- Saute to soften.
- Stir to break up meat and continue cooking until no pink color remains.
