- Place oil in a heavy pan over heat; add chopped onion and green pepper and sauté until half cooked without browning.

- Add Worcestershire sauce, prepared mustard, oregano, salt, garlic salt, and pepper.
- Bring the mixture to a boil, then lower heat to simmer.
- Cook for not less than 5 hours, stirring occasionally.
