Ingredients

  • 1 pkg yeast
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 cup warm water
  • 2/3 cup warm milk
  • 2 1/2 cups bread flour
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1 Tbsp. cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Add yeast, 1/2 cup melted butter, 1/2 cup warm water, 2/3 cup warm milk, bread flour, whole wheat flour, eggs, and 3 tablespoons of sugar to your bread machine in the order specified by the manufacturer.
  2. Select the dough cycle and start the machine.
  3. Once the dough cycle is complete, remove the dough and roll it out into a rectangle.
  4. Spread 1/2 cup melted butter over the dough.
  5. Mix 1/2 cup granulated sugar, 1/2 cup brown sugar, and 1 tablespoon cinnamon, then sprinkle evenly over the buttered dough.
  6. Roll up the dough tightly and cut into individual rolls.
  7. Place the rolls in a greased baking dish and let rise until doubled in size.
  8. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 20 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
