Corn Medley Casserole
Ingredients
- 1/2 c. uncooked elbow macaroni ⓘ
- 1 lb. ground beef ⓘ
- 3/4 tsp. salt ⓘ
- 1/8 tsp. pepper ⓘ
- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper ⓘ
- 1 can tomato sauce with cheese ⓘ
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 (12 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained ⓘ
- 1 can tomato soup ⓘ
- 3/4 tsp. chili powder ⓘ
- 5 slices American cheese, cut in half diagonally ⓘ
Instructions
- Cook macaroni and drain.
- Brown beef in large skillet.
- Add salt, pepper, green pepper and onions; cook until onions are tender.
- Stir in macaroni, corn, soup, sauce and chili powder.
