Corn Medley Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. uncooked elbow macaroni
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
  • 1 can tomato sauce with cheese
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1 (12 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 3/4 tsp. chili powder
  • 5 slices American cheese, cut in half diagonally

Instructions

  1. Cook macaroni and drain.
  2. Brown beef in large skillet.
  3. Add salt, pepper, green pepper and onions; cook until onions are tender.
  4. Stir in macaroni, corn, soup, sauce and chili powder.
