Ingredients

  • 2 beef bouillon cubes
  • 1 small package lemon jello
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 cup Miracle Whip salad dressing
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 can corned beef diced
  • 2 cups finely diced celery
  • 1/2 cup green pepper diced
  • 1/4 cup onion diced

Instructions

  1. Dissolve beef bouillon cubes and lemon jello in boiling water and allow to cool.
  2. Add Miracle Whip salad dressing and cream cheese to the cooled mixture.
  3. Beat with a blender until smooth.
  4. Fold in diced corned beef, finely diced celery, green pepper, and onion.
  5. Refrigerate until firm before serving.
