Ingredients

  • 1 can French-style green beans
  • 1 can Shoepeg corn
  • 1/2 cup grated cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 stick Ritz crackers
  • 1 stick margarine
  • Slivered almonds

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix together the drained green beans, corn, grated cheese, sour cream, cream of celery soup, chopped celery, and chopped onion in a casserole dish sprayed with Pam.
  3. Top the mixture evenly with Ritz crackers, dot with margarine, and sprinkle with slivered almonds.
  4. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
