Instructions
- Cream butter, vegetable shortening, sugar, and brown sugar for 5 minutes.
- Add eggs, vanilla, lemon juice, flour, baking soda, cinnamon, oats, chocolate chips, and nuts to the mixture.
- Mix until well combined.
- Put teaspoon-sized clumps of dough on a cookie sheet.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10 to 15 minutes.
