- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a large saucepan, melt margarine; stir in flour, chicken flavor (bouillon), and pepper.
- Over medium heat, gradually add milk; cook and stir until mixture thickens.
- Add cooked chicken, diced potato, chopped carrot, frozen green peas, and seasonings; mix well.
- Pour the mixture into a 2 1/2-quart baking dish.
- Prepare biscuit mix according to package directions for rolled biscuits.
- Roll out the biscuit dough to cover the dish; cut slashes in the center of the dough.
- Place on top of the filling; crimp the edges to seal.
- Bake for 40 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
- Refrigerate leftovers.
