Ingredients

  • 2 c. uncooked macaroni
  • 2 Tbsp. salad oil
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. minced onion
  • 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 c. diced Cheddar cheese
  • 3/4 lb. diced ham
  • 1/3 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 1 c. diced celery
  • 10 oz. frozen peas

Instructions

  1. Cook the macaroni until tender, then drain.
  2. While still hot, drizzle the macaroni with salad oil and vinegar.
  3. Add minced onion, seasoned salt, pepper, and diced Cheddar cheese to the macaroni.
  4. Toss well to combine.
  5. Gently mix in the diced ham, diced celery, mayonnaise, and frozen peas.
  6. Chill the salad before serving.
