Ingredients

  • 5 cups flour
  • 4 cups sugar
  • 4 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1 large can or 3.5 cups cooked pumpkin
  • 1 cup chopped nuts
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking soda, salt, and pumpkin pie spice.
  2. Add eggs, oil, and pumpkin; mix until well combined.
  3. Stir in chopped nuts, raisins, and chocolate chips.
  4. Divide the batter evenly into 3 well-greased loaf pans or 6 mini-pans.
  5. Bake at 325°F (163°C) for about 1 to 1.5 hours, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  6. While warm, drizzle the top with melted chocolate chips.
