Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 jar dried beef
  • 1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
  • onion powder to taste
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp. horseradish
  • black pepper to taste
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients except butter and pecans together in a bowl.
  2. Pour the mixture into an ovenproof baking dish.
  3. Saute 1 cup chopped pecans in 1/2 stick butter for 5 minutes.
  4. Spread the toasted pecans on top of the dip.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes or until hot.
  6. Serve with Ritz crackers or your choice of accompaniment.
