Ingredients

  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 c. crisp cereal
  • 2 c. oatmeal
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. white sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. nuts
  • 1 c. raisins
  • 1 c. chocolate chips
  • 1 c. coconut
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. (heaping) baking soda

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, crisp cereal, oatmeal, brown sugar, white sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, salt, and baking soda.
  3. Add eggs and mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  4. Stir in nuts, raisins, chocolate chips, and coconut.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a greased or parchment-lined baking sheet.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Allow cookies to cool slightly before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
