Ingredients

  • 1 lb. top sirloin, cut in 1 inch cubes
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. water
  • 2 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp. honey
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 medium bell pepper, cut in squares
  • 1 medium onion, cut in chunks
  • 12 large mushrooms
  • salt, if desired

Instructions

  1. Whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, water, Dijon mustard, honey, oregano, and pepper in a large bowl.
  2. Add beef, bell pepper, onion, and mushrooms to the bowl, turning to coat the ingredients with the marinade.
  3. Thread the beef, bell pepper, onion, and mushrooms onto skewers, alternating pieces.
  4. Season with salt if desired.
  5. Grill or broil the kabobs until cooked to desired doneness, turning occasionally.
