Ingredients

  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1/4 lb. butter or margarine
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can carrots
  • 1 can wax beans
  • 1 can green beans
  • 1 large can mushrooms
  • 4 oz. Mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 4 oz. Colby cheese, grated

Instructions

  1. Saute chopped onion in butter until translucent, then add the cream of chicken soup.
  2. Mix all ingredients together and pour into a 2 1/2-quart greased casserole baking dish.
  3. Sprinkle with additional grated cheese if desired.
  4. Bake at 325°F (163°C) for about 45 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
