Ingredients

  • 1 c. butter or margarine
  • 1/2 c. peanut butter
  • 1 c. white sugar
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 c. pancake syrup
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 1/2 c. oatmeal
  • 1 c. coconut

Instructions

  1. Cream together butter, peanut butter, and sugars.
  2. Beat in pancake syrup and vanilla.
  3. Sift and beat in flour and baking powder.
  4. Stir in oatmeal and coconut.
  5. Use a greased cookie sheet.
  6. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 12 to 15 minutes.
