Ingredients

  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 pkg. chopped, drained spinach
  • 4 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 1/2 c. onion, minced
  • 1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 c. milk

Instructions
