Egg-Ham Dish

Ingredients

  • 8 slices buttered bread
  • 3 c. chopped ham, sausage or bacon
  • 1 c. sharp grated cheese
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 2 tsp. prepared mustard
  • 2 tsp. green pepper
  • 5 eggs
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • pepper or Worcestershire sauce to taste

Instructions

  1. Place 4 slices of bread on bottom of baking dish.
  2. Put remaining ingredients on top.
  3. Place other 4 slices of bread on top.
  4. Refrigerate overnight.
  5. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
  6. Serves 4.
