Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked flaked fish
  • 1/2 cup cold mashed potatoes
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • dash celery salt
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 medium onion, grated

Instructions

  1. Mix grated onion, egg, cooked flaked fish, and cold mashed potatoes together.
  2. Add dash of celery salt, salt, and pepper to season the mixture.
  3. Shape the mixture into small cakes.
  4. Coat each cake with flour.
  5. Fry the coated cakes in butter until they are golden brown.
