Ingredients

  • 6 slices bacon
  • 1 onion
  • 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup catsup
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 can lima beans
  • 1 can green beans
  • 1 can wax beans

Instructions

  1. Saute the chopped onion in diced bacon until translucent and fragrant.
  2. Drain off the excess fat from the bacon and onion mixture.
  3. Make a sauce by combining brown sugar, catsup, Worcestershire sauce, and the diced bacon and onion mixture.
  4. Drain the lima beans, green beans, wax beans, kidney beans, and pork and beans.
  5. Mix the drained beans with the diced Cheddar cheese.
  6. Pour the prepared sauce over the bean and cheese mixture and stir to combine.
  7. Transfer the mixture into a casserole dish.
  8. Sprinkle the top with Parmesan cheese.
  9. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 1 1/2 hours until bubbly and golden.
