Ingredients
- 1 (16 oz.) pkg. thin spaghetti ⓘ
- 1 medium onion, chopped ⓘ
- 2 Tbsp. butter, melted ⓘ
- 2 (14 1/2 oz.) cans stewed tomatoes, undrained ⓘ
- 1 tsp. salt ⓘ
- 1 (4 1/2 oz.) jar sliced mushrooms, drained ⓘ
- 1 (2 1/2 oz.) can sliced olives, drained ⓘ
- 3 Tbsp. butter ⓘ
- 3 Tbsp. flour ⓘ
- 1 c. whipping cream ⓘ
- 1/2 c. milk ⓘ
Instructions
- Cook spaghetti; drain well.
- Set aside.
- Saute onion in 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium heat, stirring until tender.
- Add tomatoes and salt.
- Cook, uncovered, over medium heat for 10 minutes; stir occasionally.
- Add mushrooms and olives.
- Set aside.
