Gado Gado Lunch Wrap
Ingredients
- 1 cup lentils ⓘ
- 1/2 cup quinoa ⓘ
- 1/2 cup bulgur ⓘ
- 1/4 cup peanuts ⓘ
- 1 cup tofu ⓘ
- 1 cup cabbage ⓘ
- 1 cup carrot ⓘ
- 2 green onions ⓘ
- 1/2 cup seedless raisin ⓘ
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds ⓘ
- 3 garlic cloves ⓘ
- 2 teaspoons ginger ⓘ
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce ⓘ
- 2 tablespoons vinegar ⓘ
- 1 tablespoon sugar ⓘ
- 1 tablespoon olive oil ⓘ
- 1 teaspoon salt ⓘ
Instructions
- cook lentils, quino and, bulgur.
- Saute or toast tofu.
- Mix the above ingredients with remaining ingredients Chill.
- Wrap filling in tortilla shells.
