Instructions
- Combine butter and sugar thoroughly.
- Blend in bananas, eggs and vanilla.
- Sift flour, baking soda and salt.
- Add to banana mixture, alternating after each addition.
- Add nuts; mix.
- Pour into greased and floured 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
- Bake at 350° for 1 to 1 1/4 hours.
