Ingredients

  • 4 large tomatoes
  • 1 small cucumber
  • 1 medium green pepper
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 clove garlic (optional)
  • 1 (13 1/2 oz.) can chicken broth
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. sugar or 1 pkg. NutraSweet
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • dash of hot pepper sauce

Instructions
