- 1/2 cup tomato juice ⓘ
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar ⓘ
- 1 tablespoon olive oil ⓘ
- 2 cloves garlic, minced ⓘ
- 1 tablespoon parsley, snipped ⓘ
- 1/4 teaspoon dried, crushed oregano ⓘ

Instructions
- In a large saucepan, combine water and salt.
- Bring to a boil. Add shrimp and simmer 1 to 3 minutes or until shrimp turn pink; drain.
